Protective styling is is a great way to protect curly and textured hair from daily wear and tear, helping to reduce breakage, retain moisture, and support length retention. Whether wearing, locs, braids, twists, buns, or updos they will limit manipulation and protect the ends.
These styles do however need to consider the health of the hear and keeping the scalp and hair clean is key. Iit’s essential to start with clean, well-moisturized hair, avoid tension that pulls at the scalp, and maintain a regular routine of scalp care and hydration throughout the style’s duration.

I wasn't sure if there was any difference between this shampoo and my regular ones but after having had other shampoos on my head i realised how kind this shampoo is to my scalp. I often find i get a mildly itchy and dry scalp but i have never had that problem with this shampoo, it's so gentle and it's nice not having a shampoo with a strong scent too!
