Booking & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to attend your booked workshop, you can transfer your booking to a future workshop date by giving us at least 7 days’ notice. Transfers are subject to availability.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. If you need to rearrange your booking, please contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

f We Need to Cancel a Workshop

We will make every effort to deliver workshops on the advertised date and time. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop.

If we cancel a workshop, you will be offered the choice of transferring your booking to an alternative date or receiving a full refund of the workshop fee paid. If we reschedule a workshop and the alternative date is not suitable for you, you may also choose a full refund.

We will notify you as soon as possible if any changes are necessary.

Shedid & Parrish founder Jessica Parrish will be running the workshops alongside expert educators, with a specific passion in curl care.

Specific interests in empowerment, consideration, pain free routines. Easy to understand, adopt and make part of your curl journey.

We will be providing dollsheads, tools, products and any other accessories needed to take part in the session.
