Perfect item

This is a must for you to get the best from the products.
Really easy to use and helps control amount of product being used.

Thank you for saying so Sarah. The pump is simple but important and helps to control the quantity so you don't over pour (and you can re-use it too!)

Does not fit the bottle.

I'm sorry to hear that Kirsty, it sounds as if you received a bottle from our Imperfectly Perfect range where the pump sometimes doesn't fit. I don't believe I received an email about this but we'd be happy to check and resend to you to ensure you get full use of the product. Please let us know so we can resolve. Thanks so much Jessica
